Accessibility & Translation
Our clinic has disability access at both ground floor entry ways as well as elevator services within the building. We offer translation services for appointments, please advise reception if you require these services when booking an appointment.
Telehealth Appointments
Due to the on-going COVID-19 in Queensland, we are able to offer a variety of appointments through telehealth services such as script appointments, care plan appointments, and mental health appointments. These telehealth services include phone appointments and Video Link appointments.
Please be advised, for security reasons, we do not accept or send emails regarding patient medical or clinical matters including medical records, script and report requests, or requests for appointments.
Electronic transfers can be securely sent to us via Medical Objects or Argus.
