The practice uses automation technologies so that only the relevant medical information is included in referral letter.
Reminders System
Our practice is committed to preventative care. Your doctor may seek your permission to be included on our reminder system and National Registers i.e. Pap smear and we may then issue you with a notice from time to time offering preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you wish to opt out of this service, please notify our reception.
Home and Nursing Visits
Home/Nursing visits can be made if you live within the local area and are too sick to come to the practice. A home visit can be arranged at a convenient time, usually during the doctor's lunch break or at the end of their session. It is best to ring early in the day if a home/nursing home visit is required.
Results
Please discuss with your Doctor when to expect the results of any tests and procedures and how you can get these results. Please contact us to book an appointment to obtain your results as we may not always be able to reach you, especially if you have moved and your contact information has not been updated. Our staff are happy to discuss any concerns or questions you have regarding our recall and reminder system.

However, when the Doctor is with a patient, a message will be taken and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
